Returns

You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mega Accessories cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
